Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop innovation frameworks and strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive risks and opportunities
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against future-state benchmarks
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, AI forecasting)
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption (white papers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in scenario modeling software and data visualization tools
