Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to map 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Develop and implement corporate foresight frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to identify future opportunities and risks
- Translate foresight insights into actionable roadmaps for R&D, product development, and business growth
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author high-impact foresight reports and strategic briefs for C-suite and board audiences
- Drive innovation culture by embedding future literacy across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects that generated measurable business outcomes
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience in tech, finance, or sustainability sectors highly valued
