- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or foresight leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business models
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong background in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech policy, sustainable economics, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive priorities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (articles, white papers, books)
