Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis using proprietary AI-powered forecasting models
- Design and facilitate immersive scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Build and mentor a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and industry specialists
- Author thought leadership reports and white papers on disruptive technologies and societal impacts
- Drive adoption of innovation frameworks that balance exponential opportunities with ethical implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization trends
- Certification in scenario planning or strategic foresight methodologies
