Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business required
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight journals
- Experience managing global R&D budgets exceeding $20M
