Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast industry shifts through 2026+
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for emerging markets and next-gen products
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing R&D initiatives and pilot programs
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for stakeholders
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and research institutions
- Mentor teams in design thinking and agile methodologies for future-focused development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech, sustainability, or product development
- Strong background in at least two of: AI/ML, biotech, climate tech, or Web3
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched in the past 5 years
