Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to align technology infrastructure with business goals five years out.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct rigorous research on emerging trends (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Systems) to identify high-impact opportunities for NexaCore.
- Technology Integration: Oversee the pilot programs and integration of futuristic technologies into our core product lines.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential risks associated with adopting bleeding-edge technologies and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, software architecture, or product management.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and blockchain fundamentals.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and successfully implementing future-forward solutions.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor high-level engineering talent.
