Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps with 18-month implementation milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (e.g., synthetic biology, metamaterials)
- Architect ethical AI frameworks compliant with 2026 global regulatory standards
- Drive innovation sprints with venture partners and academic institutions
- Present strategic briefings to the board and key stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $15M+ R&D budget for future technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum AI or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit or Google Cirq)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with decentralized governance models (DAOs, blockchain)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
