Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-tech integration
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate emerging technology solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships in emerging tech ecosystems
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks for frontier technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching technology products with >$50M impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
- Experience securing government grants or venture funding for R&D initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
