Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead research initiatives in next-gen AI, quantum algorithms, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with revenue growth and sustainability goals
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and academic collaborators
- Drive innovation sprints for prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Analyze emerging tech patents and market trends to identify first-mover advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with market impact
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Prior work with venture capital or corporate innovation labs preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals a plus
