Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy aligned with global market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, carbon-neutral AI)
- Identify emerging tech disruptors through patent analysis, academic partnerships, and startup scouting
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact across sustainability, scalability, and ethical deployment
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies within 18-month cycles
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech summits and standards-setting bodies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of launching technologies with >$100M market impact
