- Analyze global tech trends to identify $1B+ market opportunities for 2026-2030
- Design governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Secure $500K+ annual R&D grants from federal and private innovation funds
- Build strategic alliances with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon Europe initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., Millenium Project)
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and US NIST AI Framework
