Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Drive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers on pioneering projects
- Develop patentable solutions for sustainable tech challenges in climate and healthcare
- Present to Fortune 500 clients and global investors on future technology trends
- Mentor junior talent through our Tech2026 Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future tech planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized systems
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, APF) or equivalent experience
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience leading teams through digital transformation at scale
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
