Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation through dedicated R&D initiatives and proof-of-concept projects
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI of futuristic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
