Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and immersive technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 10x performance improvements
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster cross-functional innovation workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in predictive modeling
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
