- Develop governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment and risk mitigation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or product development
- Proven track record of launching AI/quantum computing initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills for future tech landscapes
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
