Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends (quantum AI, biotech fusion, climate-tech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for 2026 market demands
- Analyze global tech patents and academic research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech evolution trajectories
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate emerging startups
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous system deployment
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Security clearance or ability to obtain government-level clearance
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go/Rust) and data visualization tools
