Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 3-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, sustainable tech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop competitive positioning strategies for next-gen technology offerings
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize investments in breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline maturity and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, engineering, and product teams
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
