Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing future-focused solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI
- Drive organizational change initiatives to adapt to future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$10M revenue
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certified Strategic Planning Professional (CSPO) preferred
- Experience managing budgets >$5M for innovation initiatives
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy publications
