As a pivotal member of our C-suite innovation council, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to develop 10-year roadmaps that position us as the global benchmark for responsible technological advancement. Your work will directly shape product roadmaps, R&D investments, and corporate sustainability initiatives while mentoring cross-functional teams in agile future-proofing methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and neurotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption across IoT, blockchain, and synthetic biology domains
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and algorithmic decision-making protocols
- Partner with VPs of Engineering to prototype next-gen interfaces (AR/VR/haptic feedback)
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI in carbon-negative computing and circular tech models
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly with data-backed trend analysis
- Mentain competitive intelligence through continuous analysis of patent landscapes and academic breakthroughs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 standards for ethical tech development
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with technology valuation models for intangible digital assets
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
