- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and venture capital partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent on quantum/AI convergence (5+ papers)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and blockchain governance
- Deep understanding of semiconductor roadmap and neuromorphic computing trends
- Experience managing global R&D budgets exceeding $200M annually
