Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes and pilot programs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D centers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and technology scouting initiatives
- Analyze competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages and disruptive threats
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
