Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and spatial computing
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define innovation strategy for 2026
- Prototype and validate next-gen technologies in our innovation lab
- Mentor technical teams in emerging frameworks and methodologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present breakthrough concepts to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, spatial web
- Proven track record of shipping transformative products at scale
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong background in ethical AI development and deployment
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
