Responsibilities

- Design ethical AI governance frameworks and quantum security protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms and AI model optimization
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Deep understanding of blockchain, neural networks, and distributed systems
