Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum-secure networks and autonomous swarm systems
- Architect scalable solutions addressing future challenges in climate resilience and hyper-personalized AI
- Partner with product teams to translate future-vision roadmaps into actionable technical blueprints
- Drive cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with biotech, space tech, and neurotech divisions
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced technology development with proven impact on future-facing projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or decentralized AI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences on next-generation systems
- Experience leading teams through technology transition periods
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends and their societal implications
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
