Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Professional certifications in innovation management (e.g., CIPM) a plus
