Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government tech labs
- Conduct scenario planning for AI governance and ethical deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technologies and future forecasting
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting tech innovation across 15+ jurisdictions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Proven track record in launching quantum/AI initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of Web3, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technology implications
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Go)
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret preferred)
- Experience presenting to G20 tech ministers and UN bodies
