Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and Web3 integration
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to incubate next-gen solutions
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and competitive intelligence frameworks
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSF, Foresight Practitioner)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
