Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurointerfaces, ambient AI) to inform strategic planning for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future technologies into core business strategy
- Establish KPIs for measuring the impact of technological adoption on revenue and market share
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor innovation teams on future-focused methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech integration, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
- Experience building and managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Prior success in securing $10M+ budgets for experimental technology initiatives
