Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+ market dominance
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact analyses
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to anticipate paradigm shifts
- Lead 'Future Scenario Planning' workshops for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with strategic focus
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certifications in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) preferred
