Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 5-10 year impact assessment
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Prototype solutions using low-code/no-code platforms for rapid validation
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging tech deployment
- Partner with academic institutions to identify breakthrough research opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial solutions
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology journals
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy execution
