Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech partnerships and acquisition opportunities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on ethical AI and sustainable tech innovation
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial offerings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum) preferred
