Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess market impact
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives from concept to prototype
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with company vision
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
