Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to anticipate industry shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage technology incubation initiatives and proof-of-concept projects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with ability to assess market readiness
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
