Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and roadmap development for 2026+ initiatives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market integration
- Develop cross-functional innovation frameworks to accelerate technology adoption
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and drive organizational alignment
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech trends
- Mentor cross-functional teams in technology implementation and adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, CIMP)
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional innovation projects
