Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-gen technology roadmaps spanning quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, and domain experts
- Identify emerging technology trends and translate them into commercial opportunities
- Develop ethical frameworks for deploying breakthrough technologies
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Present innovations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Bioengineering, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with demonstrated breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Strong background in technology ethics and responsible innovation
