Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen computing systems integrating quantum, blockchain, and neural network technologies
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping and validating disruptive tech solutions
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible technology deployment
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable roadmaps with 5-10 year vision horizons
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technology best practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Expertise in systems architecture for decentralized and quantum-resistant solutions
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Active contributor to IEEE or ACM future technology working groups
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
