Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI and climate tech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech accelerators
- Present annual technology forecasts to the board and executive leadership
- Drive innovation pipeline management from concept to market launch
- Oversee $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation across emerging tech verticals
- Mentor next-gen tech talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with >$100M revenue impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and climate technology
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (>$10M)
