Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- AI & Automation Integration: Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency and product scalability.
- Market Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies and industry shifts to proactively adapt our strategic direction.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to communicate the strategic vision and gain buy-in for major initiatives.
- Innovation Labs Leadership: Lead the internal 'Innovation Lab' to prototype and validate futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate the risks and rewards of adopting cutting-edge technologies to ensure long-term sustainability.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or operations, with a proven track record of forecasting industry trends.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and Web3, specifically regarding their application in 2026 and beyond.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on creative problem-solving and future-proofing business models.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
