Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and immersive metaverse integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including blockchain supply chains and neurotech interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (synthetic biology, autonomous systems) and assess commercial viability
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI governance and responsible automation deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot launch with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse standards, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale innovation initiatives
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
