Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum/IoT solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech paradigms (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech disruption scenarios
- Drive ESG-integrated innovation initiatives with measurable ROI targets
- Mentor technical teams in ethical technology adoption frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab and similar innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 5-year forecasting success
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum or similar tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Experience scaling SaaS/enterprise solutions to >10M users
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (NIST AI Framework, EU AI Act)
