- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in Web3, biotech interfaces, and sustainable tech
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to capture emerging IP portfolios
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish governance protocols for AI/ML deployment ensuring ethical compliance and future regulatory alignment
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technologies while fostering a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in scaling disruptive tech ventures
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Certification in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Published research or patents in next-generation technology systems (2018-2023)
- Experience leading cross-continental teams across North America, EU, and APAC tech ecosystems
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and digital identity
- MBA or equivalent from top-tier institution with specialization in technology management
