Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and carbon-negative computing
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and investors with data-driven insights
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least one breakthrough tech product (AI/blockchain/quantum)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting frameworks and scenario planning
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in AI ethics or sustainable technology preferred
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
