- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee the pilot programs and proof-of-concepts for next-generation solutions.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the evolving tech landscape and mitigate them effectively.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of technical strategists and futurists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product strategy, or engineering management.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives that resulted in significant business growth.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
