Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical vision and strategic roadmap for 2026 and beyond, focusing on Generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation user interfaces and interaction paradigms.
- Mentor senior engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery of complex, futuristic projects.
- Collaborate with product management to translate abstract futuristic concepts into executable technical specifications.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and assess their viability for integration into our core stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
