Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with long-term business objectives.
- AI & Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing) into our core product lines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite executives and engineering teams.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on global tech trends to predict future demands and opportunities.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the engineering and product teams in prioritizing initiatives that drive the most value for the 2026 vision.
- Partnership Management: Collaborate with external tech partners and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Technical Leadership roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Future Tech paradigms.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and communicate long-term strategic visions (5+ year outlooks).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving technological environment.
