Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Biotechnology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed journals (2020-2023)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
