Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, future-proof technology solutions for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Define technical standards and best practices to ensure system integrity and security.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical vision of the development team.
- Identify potential risks in architectural designs and propose mitigation strategies.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to accelerate delivery timelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proven expertise in designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is a plus.
