Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of next-gen AI and machine learning systems targeting the 2026 deployment cycle.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security for high-traffic environments.
- Research emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Advanced Neural Networks) and prototype viable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and data pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
