Responsibilities

- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning within tech/biotech sectors
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Certification in AI ethics or sustainable technology development
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, TensorFlow)
